2011 Cure Cancer Foundation J.A.M. Ride : "The mission of Cure Cancer Foundation is to use all available resources to identify the most promising Translational (clinical trials) Cancer Research projects and to provide the funding necessary to take 'the cure' from the laboratory to the patient." The Cure Cancer Foundation Judy Austin Memorial (J.A.M.) ride specifically helps to fund the drugs Fenretinide and Safingol, two drugs that have shown great promise in attacking cancer cells without harm to normal cells.
